The Space Between Exhibit

  • Galena Center for the Arts 971 Gear Street Galena, Illinois, 61036 United States (map)

Join me for an intimate exhibition exploring identity, memory, perception, and change through two interconnected bodies of watercolor work.

Featuring my Sound Wave series, created by transmitting actual sound vibrations through wet mineral pigments representing brain injury and neurodivergence, alongside What Remains / What Is Possible, a collection of portraits inspired by motherhood, memory, and watching my children become who they are. Together, these works explore the space between what we can see and what we experience within—the tension between holding on and letting go, control and surrender, and who we have been and who we are still becoming.

Across these bodies of work, I invite viewers into the space between what remains and what changes, what can be seen and what can only be experienced.
