About the Donation

Elizabeth Priller Studio is pleased to donate one (1) original, custom watercolor portrait to support RAMP Disability Resources & Services and its mission to build an inclusive community that encourages individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential.

The donated portrait has an approximate retail value of $1,250.

The Portrait

The recipient will receive:

  • One original, hand-painted watercolor portrait

  • 16 × 20 inches

  • Painted on 100% cotton watercolor paper

  • Created by artist Elizabeth Priller

  • Custom artwork based on a photograph provided by the recipient

  • One individual portrayed in the finished artwork

The recipient may choose the person to be portrayed, subject to the artist's approval of the submitted photograph and subject matter.

This prize consists of the original artwork, not a print or reproduction.

What Is Included

The recipient will provide a high-resolution photograph suitable for use as the reference image. Elizabeth Priller Studio will create the portrait in the artist's established watercolor style.

The final portrait is an original artistic interpretation. The recipient understands that the finished artwork may differ from the reference photograph in composition, color, texture, and other artistic details.

The following are not included unless separately agreed upon in writing:

  • Framing

  • Additional subjects

  • Additional artwork

  • Major revisions or alterations

  • Rush services

  • Additional prints or reproductions

  • Additional products or services

Prize Value

The approximate retail value of the original portrait is $1,250.

The prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

The prize is not transferable, assignable, or exchangeable for another artwork, service, or product.

The prize may not be combined with other offers or promotions.

Eligibility

Eligibility and participation are subject to RAMP Disability Resources & Services' official rules and all applicable Illinois and local laws and regulations.

RAMP reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the selected recipient before awarding the prize.

Entry

Entries must be submitted according to the instructions provided by RAMP Disability Resources & Services.

All entries must be received by the stated deadline.

Incomplete, illegible, late, duplicate, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

Any entry fee, ticket price, entry method, eligibility requirement, or other participation requirement will be established by RAMP and will be subject to its applicable raffle license and official rules.

Selection and Notification

One recipient will be selected in accordance with RAMP's official rules.

The selected recipient will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry.

If the selected recipient is determined to be ineligible, cannot be contacted within the time period specified by RAMP, or does not comply with the applicable rules, an alternate recipient may be selected in accordance with RAMP's official rules.

Claiming the Portrait

The selected recipient must respond / contact Elizabeth Priller Studio within 30 days of notification to claim the portrait.

Following confirmation of eligibility, Elizabeth Priller Studio will contact the recipient to obtain the reference photograph and discuss the portrait.

The portrait should be scheduled within 90 days of the recipient's claim unless another timeframe is mutually agreed upon by the artist and recipient.

Artistic Interpretation

Elizabeth Priller retains artistic discretion over the composition, color, technique, interpretation, and execution of the portrait.

The recipient may communicate preferences regarding the desired portrait; however, the artist does not guarantee an exact reproduction of the submitted photograph.

Once the artwork is completed, changes requested by the recipient may require an additional fee and are subject to the artist's discretion.

Copyright & Use of Artwork

Elizabeth Priller Studio retains the copyright to the artwork.

The recipient receives ownership of the physical original painting but does not receive copyright, reproduction, commercial licensing, or other intellectual property rights.

Elizabeth Priller Studio may photograph, display, reproduce, publish, and use images of the completed artwork for portfolio, website, social media, exhibition, educational, marketing, and promotional purposes.

The recipient may not reproduce, commercially license, or create derivative products from the artwork without written permission from Elizabeth Priller Studio.

Reference Photograph

The recipient represents that they have the right and appropriate permission to provide the submitted photograph to Elizabeth Priller Studio for use as a reference for the portrait.

If the photograph includes another individual, the recipient is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions.

Elizabeth Priller Studio reserves the right to request a different reference photograph if the submitted image is unsuitable for creating the portrait.

Delivery

Both parties will agree on one of the following options:

Local Pickup:
The completed portrait will be available for pickup in Freeport, IL at a predetermined location. The recipient will be contacted when the artwork is ready.

Shipping Included:
Shipping within the continental United States is included. Delivery arrangements will be coordinated with the recipient.

Shipping Not Included Outside of the United States:
The recipient is responsible for applicable shipping, delivery, and insurance costs.

Taxes

The recipient is responsible for any taxes or other fees that may apply to receipt of the prize.

RAMP Disability Resources & Services and Elizabeth Priller Studio make no representation regarding the tax treatment of the prize. Recipients should consult their own tax advisor regarding potential tax obligations.

Changes or Cancellation

RAMP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the fundraiser or raffle when required by law, applicable regulations, its official rules, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Any modification, suspension, or cancellation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and RAMP's official rules.

Agreement to Terms

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Terms & Conditions and RAMP Disability Resources & Services' applicable official rules.

If any provision of these terms conflicts with applicable law or RAMP's approved raffle rules, the applicable law and official approved rules will control.
